We try to answer all commonly asked questions, but if there is something we didn't cover please let us know !

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

           We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Discover and Paypal.

Q: Do your products ship anywhere in the U.S.?

All items on MissionBungalow.com ship to anywhere in the 48 Contiguous United States.

Q: How will my purchase be shipped to me?

We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS, and Common Freight Carrier (Truck Line). Items shipped with a Common Freight Carrier will be brought directly to your home, but not inside. Many of our items shipped Common Freight Carrier are large or bulky so please be sure to have 2 or more people there to help you with the delivery.

Q: What if I need help getting my furniture into my home?

Not to worry. In-Home Delivery service is available upon need. Simply select the “In-Home Delivery” option on the product page of the item(s) you wish to order, and we will assist you. In-Home Delivery Service will add to the delivery total cost and may add 1-2 weeks to the delivery time, but it's worth it. Most of our customers select the In Home Delivery option for the piece of mind that comes from having a professional take care of all aspects, from unloading, to set up & assembly and final placement of your new furniture. We do it all.

Q: Is all of your furniture made in the United States?

Yes. We are proud to say that every piece of furniture we sell is hand crafted right here in the USA!

Q: Is all of your furniture made of solid wood? If so what types of wood do you use?

Yes. All solid hardwood. Current wood species are Oak, Quarter Sawn Oak, Rustic Quarter Sawn Oak, Cherry, Rustic Cherry, Maple, Brown Maple, Walnut, Elm and Hickory from renewable sources. We guarantee your furniture will stand the test of time.

Q: Is your furniture environmentally friendly?

Yes. All of our furniture is crafted from hand selected solid American hardwoods. Clearly Amish Furniture is committed to protecting this valuable resource through selective harvesting and by never using tropical hardwoods from endangered forests.

Q: What type of joinery is used in the construction of your furniture?

Each piece of furniture is built with the highest quality construction methods in the industry. We use Mortise and Tenon joinery on all major joints and English Dovetail construction on all of our drawers to create the strongest, most durable furniture possible.

Q: What type of finish is used on your furniture?

We finish our furniture with a 2-stage Conversion Varnish not cheap low quality lacquer. This process creates the strongest and hardest finish available in the industry today, with the highest 10 resistance rating to water, alcohol, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and even nail polish remover. For comparision lacquer has a resistence rating of 1 or 2 with 10 being highest. Not good. :(
