Q: What payment methods do you accept?

            We accept Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Discover and Paypal.

Q: Can I pick up my item(s) at your store?

Yes. Our store is located at 1829 Capital Blvd, Suite 105 in Raleigh, NC. Simply select the “In Store Pick-Up” option on the product page for the item(s) you wish to order and we will let you know when your items are ready for pick-up.

Q: Do your products ship anywhere in the U.S.?

All items on ship to anywhere in the 48 Contiguous United States.

Q: How will my purchase be shipped to me?

We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS, and Common Freight Carrier (Truck Line). Items shipped with a Common Freight Carrier will be brought directly to your home, but not inside. Many of our items shipped Common Freight Carrier are large or bulky so please be sure to have 2 or more people there to help you with the delivery.

Q: What if I need help getting my furniture into my home?

Not to worry. In-Home Delivery service is available upon need. Simply select the “In-Home Delivery” option on the product page of the item(s) you wish to order, and we will assist you. In-Home Delivery Service usually adds a significant amount to the total cost and may add 2-3 weeks to the delivery time.

Q: Is all of your furniture made in the United States?

Yes. We are proud to say that every piece of furniture we sell is hand crafted right here in the USA!

Q: Is all of your furniture made of solid wood?

Yes. Every piece of furniture is made with the finest Quartersawn American Oak or Cherry wood from renewable sources. We guarantee your furniture will stand the test of time.

Q: Is your furniture environmentally friendly?

Yes. All of our furniture is crafted from hand selected solid American hardwoods. Our company is committed to protecting this valuable resource through selective harvesting and by never using tropical hardwoods from endangered forests.

Q: What type of joinery is used in the construction of your furniture?

Each piece of furniture is built with the highest quality construction methods in the industry. We use Mortise and Tenon joinery on all major joints and English Dovetail construction on all of our drawers to create the strongest, most durable furniture possible.

Q: What type of finish is used on your furniture?

We finish our furniture with a 7-stage Catalyzed Conversion Varnish.  This process results in the strongest, most durable finish available in the industry today, with the highest resistance to water, scratching, common household spills, alcohol, and even has a 2 minute rating for acetone based products such as nail polish remover!

Q: Do you take custom furniture orders?

Yes. We can have any piece of furniture built to custom specifications to fill your needs. Simply call or send us an email and we will be happy to discuss your order.
