The Mica Lamp Co. "Bungalow Floor Lamp" is made from Solid Spun Copper, Organically shelacked Mica, Hand riveting on the shade with a Solid Red Oak or Cherry Base with Four original Acorn pull chains. The original Bungalow Floor Lamp was designed by Dirk Van Earp in San Francisco around 1910. Mr Van Earp invented the style and the construction methods in much the same way that Louis Comfort Tiffany did for Stained Glass Lamps.
