Mission Bungalow is commited to your privacy. Your right to know what information is being generated and how that information will be used we take seriously.

If you do nothing more than browse our site, anonymous non-personally identifiable information such as your IP address, domain server, type of computer, type of web browser, and addresses of referring sites, also known as "traffic data," may be collected. This "traffic data" is only used to diagnose problems with our server and administer our site so that we may make enhancements to provide the best possible experience. We never share data traffic information with Anyone. Period
 

Personally Identifiable Information provided during your order process such as your Name, Shipping Address, E-mail address is used only to expedite the shipping of your order . This "Contact Information" will be used only to the extent needed with our Shipping Partners to insure successful completion of your order.

To maintain the highest level of data security Mission Bungalow is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Certified to safegaurd and secure your data in our store and online.  Our Web Site is PCI DSS Certified, audited once per month by Trustwave and is secured by the most up to date version of GEO TRUST/RapidSSL which provides 256 bit Encryption on all transactions to ensure your data is safe at all times. 

 

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

ALL items on the MissionBungalow.com ship to anywhere in the 48 Contiguous United States.  We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS , USPS, and Common Freight Carrier (Truck Line).  Items shipped with a Common Freight Carrier (Like Furniture) will be brought directly to your home, but not inside. Most items shipped Common Freight Carrier are Heavy and bulky so please be sure to have 2 or more people there to help you with the delivery. 

In Home Delivery

If you wish Common Freight Carrier (Truck Line) items that are heavy (like furniture) to be brought into your home for placement and set up please select our in home delivery option on single items purchases or please phone in your order directly so we may assist you. Our In Home Delivery is quite reasonable in cost and much less expensive than a trip to the Emergency Room. 

Returns And Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, come back soon and hopefully tell others about us. To help with that we have an easy common sense return policy to insure your satifaction. 

Lighting, Lamp & Fan Returns

(1)  Lighting Products purchased through MissionBungalow.com may be returned within 7 Days of Delivery in brand new condition in the Original Packaging. All Items must have a Return Goods Authorization # (RGA). This RGA# must be obtained from MissionBungalow.com by E-mail or by phone. All items must be returned in its original box, packaging, and must include all parts, accessories within 10 days from product receipt.

(2)  Lighting Products will be accepted for return in accordance with the above policies for a refund less a 10% Restocking Fee. All items must be returned in its original box, packaging, and must include all parts, accessories within 7 days from product receipt by you. Simply attach the RGA# to the outside of the box, Return by UPS or FedEx Pre Paid and Insured. 

(3)  For any Lighting Product that we verify to be defective or shipped in error, we will expedite either a replacement or send you replacement parts at no additional charge.  If any product is damaged beyond simple repair we will replace it with the exact item.
 

Furniture Returns

(1) All Furniture on our site is built to order specifically for you based on your finish, wood & leather preferences and can not be accepted for return due to the custom nature of hand crafting . Furniture cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  All custom orders are non-refundable.  

(2) All Furniture is inspected and ships in perfect new condition. In the unlikely event an item is damaged in transit a repair or replacement will be expedited.
